Renewing Members
Hello once again and thank you for your continued membership. To make the documentation easier and to find out what you are interested in please print the following forms and fill them out. You may mail them to the Club's PO Box or bring them with you to a meeting.
If you filled out the two surveys last year do not send them in again unless you have changed your mind regarding some of the answers. If you did not fill them out and return them please do so.
The Liability Waiver will be necessary to particpate in club outings or activities. We don't have copies of them if they were signed in the past. We need one from each member.
