Club BBQ & Fishout

The club barbeque and fishout will be on a date TBD at Greenstone Winery/Clos Du Lac Cellars.
The owner of the winery has requested that we not park on the lawn area. Please remember to only park in the proper areas.
Don Mittelstaedt has volunteered to head up the cooking at the BBQ. We plan on having hamburgers, hot dogs and side dishes. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. The BBQ is free for members, guests are $5.00 per person. Please sign up at a meeting or let Dustin or Don know by email or phone. This will allow us to better plan the amount of food needed.
If you wish, you are encouraged to purchase wine at the tasting room. The tasting room wil be open from 10:00 to 4:00.
There will be a raffle this year instead of the Silent Auction. The prizes are being gathered. The funds raised in this auction will go to fund conservation projects and club events. If you are interested in helping out send Dustin an email.
In exchange for the use of the facilities for this function, Greenstone asked that we do our usual cleanup day. This cleanup date is being scheduled. If you are interested in helping with the cleanup send Dustin an email.
